After the Successful installation of Oracle Database, Oracle Apex, ORDS, and Tomcat. We usually shut down our laptops or computers. After starting the laptop or computer, usually, the tomcat (which is lightweight) starts before the Oracle Database and tns listener starts. and we get the following error :
go to RUN (Windows +R) and type services.msc
What do we have to do to solve the problem? We should restart the following services sequentially :
- OracleServiceORCL
- OracleOraDB19Home1TnsListener
- Tomcat.
