REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchasing of our course. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our training for any reason, you may request us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
RETURN PROCESS
To return any course purchased before starting the course or within two classes completion, please email customer service at info@trainerbd.com.
REFUND
After receiving your return request and inspecting everything, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your refund request to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
After 3 classes is over, no refund request will be granted.
